Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Board
The Planning and Zoning (P&Z) Board holds regular meetings at the Commission Chambers located inside city hall located at 506 West Berckman Street, Fruitland Park, on the third Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise canceled. Special meetings may be called by the P&Z board chair, when necessary, and if called the date and time will be posted separately. The P&Z board reviews development applications including but not limited to annexations, site plans, rezonings, comprehensive plan amendments, land development regulation amendments and plats.
