Life Guards Needed

We are excited to announce that this summer we will be welcoming one of our lifeguards back as our very qualified Full-time Pool Manager. With a new pool manager, we look forward to lots of new things happening at our City pool to include: Year round activities like swim-fit, swim lessons, and pool events.
Thanks to our partnership with local swim teams, our pool is heated and is able to be used even in the winter months.
Now, we are looking for Life Guards! The positions are seasonal and for some, year-round part-time (<30/hrs. per week) employment may be possible. Part-time employees do not receive health benefits.
The pay is $15.00 per hour.
So, what qualifications do you need to be a lifeguard?
-You must be at least 16 years of age
-Strong swimmer and must pass a swimming test.
-Must be able to effectively enforce rules and regulations.
-Must be certified in a) life guarding, b) first aid, c) CPR
-Must be able to work evenings and weekend hours as scheduled.
