City Clerk Contact Information
On October 10, 2013, the City of Fruitland Park City Commission ("city"), appointed the city clerk as its Records Management Liaison Officer to serve as a point of contact between the city and the State of Florida Department of State, Division of Library and Information Services' ("division") records management program to:
- provide annual reports of the city's compliance statement;
- ensure proper disposition of eligible records;
- train and advise city staff in records management practices;

- work with the division to establish retention schedules;
- inventory the city's records, and
- participate with the city's decisions regarding imaging, storage, and disposal.
