City Treasurer


    The Treasurer is a multifunctional office, demanding a highly skilled person who handles all financial matters of the City.

The treasurer is the risks manager, oversees the Utility billing and receipts, payroll, invoices, and purchase requisitions. She also verifies tax rolls of the City and coordinates the collection of all taxes with the proper authority.

Financial records are organized and prepared by the Treasurer for the annual audit by a Certified Public Accountant, and are always public documents.
