The Fruitland Park Police Department is a full service department

The Fruitland Park Police Department is a full service department, on duty 24 hours a day to assist citizens.

The Police Department personnel consists of nine full time State Certified Officers, including the Chief of Police who is a working officer, five State Certified reserve Officers, a canine Officer and a Secretary.

Chief J. M. Isom, Sr. is Chief of Police in Fruitland Park and Director of Public Safety.
